Fault phenomenon: the torque of the power head is insufficient when the rotary drill is bored, the power head turn and the reverse speed is not enough, and the power head motor and the deceleration machine are running.
Fault analysis: the torque of power head is insufficient, it can be considered from two aspects of hydraulic and mechanical equipment: 1. hydraulic pressure of hydraulic system is insufficient; 2. power head motor failure, decelerating machine failure or gearbox failure.
Reason for failure:
1. pilot pressure is insufficient or relief valve setting pressure is too low.
2. power head motor damage or large leakage of hydraulic oil.
3. power head deceleration machine parts are damaged;
4. power head gear box machine equipment damage.
Troubleshooting methods:
1. check the main system pressure of the hydraulic system is normal, indicating that there is no problem in the hydraulic system.
2. during the process of detecting the hydraulic system, it is found that there is a periodic abnormal noise of the decelerating machine and the motor when the power head is running. Remove power head motor, check motor and output shaft, normal;
3. remove the deceleration machine and remove the deceleration machine. Attention: when removing, it is necessary to keep the cleaning environment clean and pay attention to the order of disassembly for installation. Carefully inspect the inside of the decelerating machine and result in gear damage. When disassembling the deceleration machine, we should pay attention to the sequence of parts and parts. The bolt shim and parts should be cleaned again. When the machine is installed, it is necessary to keep the internal cleaning of the deceleration machine.
4. replace the damaged gear, reinstall the decelerating machine and motor, restore the power head of the drilling machine, and drill the machine back to normal.
The reason: the power head deceleration machine machine damage will cause the power head output torque is insufficient, and can hear the abnormal sound, must pay attention to the time to find the problem, prevent the expansion of damage range.
Two. The machine can not be rotated by a rotary drill.
Failure phenomenon: rotary drilling machine press rope rope stuck, can not be turned, rope wear serious.
Fault analysis: the rope device is not moving, the wear of the wire rope is serious, usually when the rope device is not well maintained, there is a lack of lubricating oil in the rope press, which leads to the inflexibility and deformation of the rope press, even the inner bearing damage and stagnation of the internal pressure rope, and the wear wire rope of the rope.
Reason for failure:
There is a lack of grease in the inner of 1. rope.
2. deformation of the rope.
3. the inner bearing of the rope press is damaged and stuck.
Troubleshooting methods:
1. field testing of the rope former, without deformation, serious wear on the surface of the rope former.
2. dismantled the press rope, and found that there was no lubricating grease in the rope press.
3. further dismantling the rope former, it is found that the inner bearing of the pressure rope is damaged, causing the rope driver to not rotate.
4. replace the inner bearing of the pressure rope, reinstall the rope former, add grease and trouble shooting.
Three, rotary drilling machine mast cylinder oil leakage, vertical mast not vertical.
Fault phenomenon: rotary drilling machine mast cylinder oil leakage, vertical mast is not vertical.
Fault analysis: the fracture of the mast cylinder piston rod head or the oil seal of the mast oil cylinder leads to the leakage of the mast oil cylinder; the vertical mast is not vertical, it can start from the oil cylinder and the mast oil cylinder balance valve, and the leakage of the oil cylinder or the balance valve can cause the mast mast not to be vertical.
Reason for failure:
1. mast piston joint fracture; 2. mast hydraulic cylinder oil seal damage; 3. balance valve leakage.
Troubleshooting methods:
1.. It was found that there was a crack in the piston joint of the oil cylinder. Further investigation was carried out, and the mast oil cylinder was dismantled and detected, and there were some obvious spots and shallow grooves on the surface of the cylinder.
2. open the whole oil cylinder and oil seal, find that the oil cylinder seal is damaged and the O-ring is damaged, and the washers are cracked, resulting in oil leakage.
3. replace the oil seals, seals and washers, and reload the cylinders. There is no leakage in the test, and the drilling machine is restored to normal.
The reason: the main rolling wire rope of the rotary drill machine will touch the outer surface of the piston rod of the mast oil cylinder when the operation is improper, which leads to the loss of the surface of the cylinder piston rod, which causes the oil cylinder seal to damage the oil cylinder leakage. Leakage of mast cylinder will cause failure of vertical mast not straight, vertical mast and inverted mast oil cylinder not synchronized. When the malfunction occurs, it should be eliminated and maintained at the same time, so that the failure will not be expanded.
Four, rotary drilling rig masts mast, inverted mast deviation four, rotary drilling rig masts mast, inverted mast deviation
Failure phenomenon:
The drill mast and inverted mast are skewed and the mast cylinder is out of sync.
Fault analysis:
The non synchronization of mast can be considered from the following aspects: the size of the electric proportional valve in the mast and the mast is inconsistent. If the adjustment current does not improve obviously, the fault of the mast oil cylinder balance valve is considered. If the balance valve has no stagnation and the adjustment of the opening degree of the valve is not obviously improved, it is the problem of the leakage of the cylinder itself.
Cause of failure:
1. the opening size of the electric proportional valve of the vertical mast and the reverse mast is inconsistent.
2. mast oil cylinder balance valve problem;
The 3. mast oil cylinder seal is damaged and the oil cylinder is discharged.
Troubleshooting methods:
1. Start the machine, enter the password into the display screen setting page, adjust the electric proportional valve opening current of 950mA and 850mA, after adjustment found that the rig mast, the mast speed obviously slowed down, but the failure is still, can determine the current has nothing to do;
2. dismantling and cleaning the balance valve, it is found that there is no hysteresis in the balancing valve, and the opening of the balance valve has no obvious improvement in the vertical mast and the reverse mast.
3. remove the cylinder and open the cylinder seal. After replacing the cylinder piston seal, there is no obvious deviation between the vertical mast and the reverse mast, and the trouble is eliminated.
Understand the reason:
The deviation of vertical mast and inverted mast is mainly considered from three aspects:
The first circuit aspect;
Second check the hydraulic circuit on the hydraulic circuit.
Third consider balance valve and cylinder, leakage of balance valve and damage of cylinder seal cause leakage inside cylinder.
Five, rotary dithering of rotary drill rig
Failure phenomenon:
A SR220 rotary drilling rig, the whole machine working time is 8793 hours. The engine operates in the 1 gear, and the gyration jitter is serious when doing the rotary motion; when it is placed in the 10 gear, it has slight jitter, and the pressure fluctuation of the main pump 1 is large. No load test other actions: when the pump 1 provides hydraulic oil, the pressure of the pump 1 has a swing. It works normally when the main pump 2 is supplied alone.
Fault analysis:
When rotating, the gyration jitter is usually: the rotary main pressure oil jitter makes the rotary intermittent action, resulting in the gyration jitter.
Cause of failure:
Fault caused by 1. revolving pilot oil road fault;
2. rotary relay is unstable and causes failure.
Failure of 3. rotary motor damage;
4. failure caused by damage to the main pump.
Troubleshooting methods:
1. test the oil pressure of the pilot oil road, the pressure is not normal. The pilot line pressure is 19bar when the 1 gear is running; the pilot pressure reaches 38bar when the 10 gear is on, but the pressure is relatively stable, which does not cause gyration jitter. Therefore, it eliminates the fault of pilot oil circuit and the failure of rotary relay.
2. if the rotary motor is damaged, it will not cause any jitter of other actions. While the main pressure changes with other actions, the damage of the rotary motor can be eliminated.
3. judging the damage of the main pump and the pilot pump according to the fault phenomena and test results. The replacement of the main pump and the pilot pump after the drilling rig is normal.
