Steering principle
At present, the wheel type hydraulic excavator widely adopts the deflection front wheel hydraulic steering mode, and uses feedback machinery to solve the interlocking between the steering wheel and the steering wheel.
The hydraulic steering wheel of the tire hydraulic excavator is controlled by the steering gear. The pressure oil output by the oil pump enters the steering oil cylinder through the central rotary joint and drives the left steering arm to rotate around the main pin of the steering knuckle. The steering knuckle arm is driven by the steering tie bar to deflect both sides of the steering wheel at the same time, thereby achieving the steering. The steering gear is controlled by the driver steering the steering wheel.
