AMESim simulation comparison of new and old multi-channel valve rotary coupling
According to figure 2-3, build the simulation model of excavator slewing hydraulic system, as shown in Figure 5-1. AMESim simulation software has no rotary motor with reducer module, so it is built according to the combination of physical objects. AMESim simulation software has no manual proportional reducing valve module, so it is also built according to the basic principle and physical parameters. Save the valve port area corresponding to each displacement of the valve core into a. TXT file, and then import it into the simulation system for simulation calculation.

Numerical calculation results and analysis after the above simulation system is built, the relevant physical parameters are substituted into each model, the program is run, the performance parameters of the rotary motor are simulated, and the corresponding performance curves are as follows:
Figure 5-2 shows the change curve of the outlet pressure of the swing motor during the opening of the valve port. The back pressure of the swing motor corresponding to the new valve is small, but the difference is small. And the back pressure is gentle in the initial stage;
Figure 5-3 shows the flow change curve at the outlet of the swing motor during the opening of the valve port. The flow of the rotary motor corresponding to the new valve is too large, but the difference is small, indicating that the flow capacity of the new valve is strong under the same conditions. And in the initial stage, the flow is relatively gentle. Among them, the flow is negative, indicating that the flow direction at the inlet and outlet of the setting valve is opposite to that of the motor during simulation:
Figure 5-4 shows the change curve of inlet pressure of swing motor during valve port opening. The inlet pressure of the swing motor corresponding to the new valve is small, but the difference is small. The pressure change of the old valve in the initial stage appears obvious step, while the pressure change of the new valve in the initial stage is relatively gentle;
