In civil engineering, hydraulic excavators are widely used in the excavation of sewage, building foundation and bridge foundation. In deep excavation, the driver can not directly see the bucket, so it should be controlled according to the contact signal of the operator. Therefore, it is strongly required to improve operation efficiency and safety. Characteristics of remote control device
(1) High safety. When operated remotely, it can ensure the safety of drivers and surrounding operators. There will be no accident in case of wrong operation and abnormal system.
(2) The hydraulic excavator has high reliability and poor working conditions. The remote control device can meet its environmental conditions by matching the instruments and devices on the host.
(3) The operation rate of remote control is high. If the radio remote control device is used, it will not be used due to the on-site radio wave interference, and it is often not used when the battery is not fully charged. Under such circumstances, the device can still operate remotely.
(4) Do not hinder the manual operation. When installing the remote control device (remote control), the manual operation can be carried out in the cab, and it is easy to convert to remote operation.
(5) After simple transformation, it can match the previous remote control device on the hydraulic excavator. To match it on the hydraulic excavator, it needs to be improved by many projects; So it's not easy to match. The device is a compact system that can be matched after simple transformation. System composition and function
The composition of the remote control device system is shown in Figure 1, which is composed of an operator (transmitter), a controller (receiver, relay circuit, solenoid valve actuator (solenoid valve driver)), a valve device, an alarm and a rotary alarm lamp
The operator is provided with an operating lever and a switch, which can be operated except for the start of the engine. These signals are converted into digital signals (8-bit data) for data transmission. The controller carries out the verification and control operation of transport data, and drives the solenoid valve actuator and relay circuit. The boom, knitting boom, bucket, slewing and traveling mechanism are all driven by the solenoid valve actuator, and the valve device is controlled by the main control valve. In addition, the engine stop, rotation alarm lamp, alarm, etc. are controlled through the relay circuit.
