After on-site disassembly and inspection, it was found that the rotary gear ring and the driving gear of the rotary box were intact. The reason for the failure of rotation was due to improper operation of the manipulator, jacking the yellow oil pan after being pried up by foreign matters on the chassis during walking or working, and the butter pan deformed and bulged inward after being impacted (bumped) by external forces. After being torn by the gear of the co rotating reduction box, the debris bit into the backlash.
Treatment process: after replacing all bolts and gaskets of the grease disc and gear ring, the machine returns to normal.
