Operator
Configuration of operating lever and various switches of the operator. The operator strives to be light (about 2kg) for long-term continuous operation, and the operating lever uses an electric operating lever controlled by fingers. In addition, the same operating lever is also used for the operation of operating device and walking mechanism, and the operating condition change-over switch is used as the selection mode.
In addition to the operating function, the operator also uses the display lamp and buzzer to alarm when the battery voltage drops and errors.
controller
The controller is composed of a receiver, a relay circuit controlled by an output signal and an electromagnetic actuator, which strives to achieve miniaturization for easy matching. Figure 4 shows the controller and its monitor
Table 2 lists the instruments controlled by the controller. The electromagnetic valve actuator drives the electromagnetic proportional control valve with PWM (pulse width modulation). Over current and short circuit circuits are set as protection circuits. The relay circuit is composed of transistor relay to improve durability and miniaturization. In addition, the power supply system of the controller is provided with a reverse connection protection circuit to improve its reliability.
In addition, the operation condition and the working condition of each instrument can be checked by the monitor.
Valve device
The valve device is used to control the main control valve, but in order to operate manually and remotely in the cab, the pressure of both can be selected through the prismatic valve. In addition, due to the combination of electromagnetic proportional control valve and electromagnetic change-over valve, in case of failure in that aspect, it can be stopped from the perspective of safety.
Rotary alarm lamp and alarm
In order to ensure the safety of remote control operation, a rotary alarm light is installed on the cab to inform the driver and surrounding operators of the operation status and machine abnormalities.
