main cause:
(1) The oil level is too low.
(2) Line and electrical fault
(3) The oil filter element is blocked
(4) Oil circuit fault diagnosis process:
Step 1: check whether the oil level is at the specified position. If it is not, find out the cause, eliminate it and add it to the specified position.
Step 2: remove the sensor and pressure gauge to check whether the oil pressure is within the specified range. If it is within the range, turn to step 3. If not, turn to step 4.
Step 3: use a multimeter to check whether the sensor is powered on. If it is powered on, it indicates that the sensor is faulty or the sensor oil passage hole is blocked, (or directly use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the sensor in case of power failure, the reference value is 205 ohms. If the resistance is too small, it indicates that the sensor is burned out and needs to be replaced). If there is no power, it indicates that the line is open circuit, and then detect which section of line is open circuit by section; If the circuit and sensor are normal, the display is faulty, repair or replace it.
Step 4: first check whether the oil filter element is abnormal, and replace the oil filter element if necessary.
Step 5: check whether the oil filter screen and oil passage are blocked, and clean them if they are blocked.
Step 6: check whether the oil pump and its overflow valve work normally. If not, the excavator needs to be repaired or replaced.
