1. The cold car emits blue smoke. It may be that the fuel injection nozzle is stuck, or the diesel pump needs to be calibrated.
A. The valve oil seal is not well sealed.
B. There is a problem with the water separator
C. The piston ring is worn, causing the excavator to emit blue smoke
D. The grade of oil selected is too high.
2. If the excavator still emits blue smoke after startup, it indicates that the excavation oil may be burned, then the fault causes are as follows:
A. The excavator turbocharger oil seal is worn
B. There is a problem with the engine cylinder liner piston
C. Excessive clearance between valve and guide rod
D. The valve oil seal leaks oil and the cylinder leaks oil.
Maintenance of excavator emitting blue smoke:
1、 When the excavator is cold, it emits blue smoke, which may be caused by the incomplete combustion of oil when the excavator is just started because the ambient temperature is too low.
2. In addition, you can also check whether the oil level of the engine oil pan is excessive. If there is too much oil, it will cause the excavator to emit blue smoke
3. If the oil-water separator is broken, it should be replaced with a new one.
2、 If there is a problem with the excavator turbocharger, check whether there is oil trace in the impellers on both sides of the turbocharger and the intercooler pipes. If there is oil trace, it indicates that the excavator turbocharger is faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced

2. If the clearance is too large, it needs to be adjusted to eliminate the blue smoke from the excavator
3. The phenomenon of blue smoke from the excavator during operation is generally the manifestation of the oil burning fault of the excavator. Therefore, you can check the oil consumption of the excavator, the air filter of the excavator, the turbocharger of the excavator, etc., so as to eliminate the blue smoke fault of the excavator.
