Quick impact motion hydraulic pump is easily damaged


Crushing hammer is generally used in demolition and mining occasions. Dust easily enters the crushing hammer cylinder along the steel drill during construction, which will lead to the pollution and aging of hydraulic oil. Because the crushing hammer is a fast reciprocating impact movement, the oil return speed is fast and the relative pulse is large, it will also cause the aging speed of hydraulic oil to accelerate. After the aging or contamination of hydraulic oil, it is very likely to cause hydraulic pump failure.




In addition, if the broken hammer workroom is too high, empty and hydraulic oil is too small, the hydraulic system will affect the hydraulic system, and the light will cause the hydraulic oil to channeling gas at high temperature, and the weight will damage the hydraulic pump.




In order to reduce the damage to the hydraulic system, we should pay attention to several items during the use of the hammer.


1, add the oil return filter element: add the oil return filter element to the pipeline of the broken hammer, and filtrate the hydraulic oil of the reflux hydraulic pump. And also pay attention to regularly replace the oil filter cartridge and hydraulic oil.


2, the use of high quality crushing hammer (with accumulator): poor quality broken hammer because of design, manufacturing, inspection and other links are easy to happen, the use of high failure rate, more easy to cause damage to the excavator.


3, suitable engine speed (medium throttle): due to the low pressure and flow requirements of the crushing hammer (such as 20 ton excavator, working pressure 160-180KG, flow 140-180L/MIN), medium throttle can work; if large throttle will not improve the strength of the hydraulic oil, it will also cause abnormal heating of hydraulic oil, and the hydraulic system will also The injury is great.


4, timely replacement of oil seal: oil seal belongs to vulnerable parts, it is recommended that the broken hammer work for about 600-800 hours, replace a broken hammer oil seal; when oil seal oil leakage must stop work immediately, replace oil seal.


5, strictly prohibit empty beating: empty play will not only cause the rise of oil temperature, but also produce abnormal vibration causing impurities into the broken hammer rigid body, pollution hydraulic oil damage hydraulic system.


Frequent vibration stress concentrating structural parts easily deformed


During the crushing operation, the crushing hammer vibrates at high frequency, and the stress concentration parts of the bucket and arm are greatly affected. The long time breaking work will cause the gap between the structure parts to become larger, the machine can shake easily and the noise will become larger when the machine works.




In order to minimize the deformation of structural parts, we should pay attention to the following items during operation.


1. in the process of crushing, do not apply impact force horizontally or upward. The bucket cylinder should not be recovered to the shortest state. This mode of operation will lead to rigid contact. The working device structure loses the buffer and protection of the hydraulic system, and the working load may greatly exceed the bearing range of the structure.


2. do not operate in a revolving manner. Do not swing the chisel when the hammer chisel penetrates the rock. The excavator structure is very sensitive to the lateral impact, which can produce 3~4 times the lateral impact on the working device, and the service life of the structure will be greatly reduced.


3. do not peck with the way of falling arm. This operation will cause a larger additional impact load, resulting in instantaneous load exceeding the limit of the structural parts.
