First, before installing the solenoid valve, check the total electric circuit carefully to determine the fuse, the general switch connection is normal, the output of the total switch voltage is above 24V; if there is a different standing, it will be checked well.
Two, to check the wiring of the solenoid valve, usually black, white and red lines, the black line is the public end, the white line is to keep the weak current input, the red line is the open machine to absorb the strong current input; the three line must be connected correctly, and the wire voltage is rechecked if the wire voltage is on the 24V before the wiring.
Three, correctly connected to the end of the solenoid valve line, the advanced line test, open the car, the car on the electricity, the extinguishing solenoid valve closed, determine the solenoid valve has completely absorbed into place, not in place is easy to be bad, hand to catch the electromagnetic body, 35 minutes, see if there is a perm phenomenon, if the installation is not normal.
Four, after the installation of the normal test key closed, and then correct installation to the engine, adjust the position of the rod, this is also very important, the position of the rod does not adjust well will also cause the closure of the position and burn out the solenoid valve.
Five, installed after the opening of the testing of the working state of the electromagnetic valve, increase the throttle, coax for a few minutes, touch the temperature of the electromagnetic valve body, no fever is normal, electromagnetic successfully installed!
