Because the operation and control of electric forklift is simple and flexible, the operation intensity of its operators is much lighter than that of internal combustion forklift. Its electric steering system, acceleration control system, hydraulic control system and braking system are controlled by electrical signals, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators. In this way, it is very helpful to improve its work efficiency and accuracy.
Maintenance cost: maintenance cycle. The maintenance cycle of electric forklift is two to three times longer than that of internal combustion forklift. Generally, the maintenance cycle of internal combustion forklift is up to 500 working hours, while many electric forklifts can reach the maintenance cycle of more than 1000 hours. Maintenance content: the maintenance of electric forklift is much simpler than that of internal combustion forklift. Usually, it only needs to lubricate some joint moving parts, such as gantry bearing, steering axle and so on. Other parts mainly focus on inspection and cleaning. At most, the hydraulic oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil filter are replaced every 2000 or 3000 hours. Other materials required are very limited. In addition to lubrication, the engine oil and oil filter of internal combustion forklift shall be changed every 500 hours at most, and the hydraulic oil, engine oil, transmission oil and these oil filters shall be changed every 1000 hours. The time required for maintenance is much longer than that of internal-combustion forklift. At the same time, the time required for each maintenance is much less than that of internal-combustion forklift, which greatly saves the labor cost required for maintenance. In fact, the more substantive thing is that the shutdown time of forklift is greatly shortened, which is difficult to calculate the economic benefits brought by improving the working efficiency of forklift.
