During the operation of liquefied gas forklift, in order to achieve reasonable use, the following points should be achieved:
1. First, be familiar with the relevant manuals of liquefied gas forklift and have a comprehensive understanding of the liquefied gas conversion system. During the use of forklift, do not stop the forklift near the heat source or fire source, such as open fire, burning cigarette butts, sparks, electric welding, machines and electrical equipment that can produce high temperature; Do not adjust or modify the liquefied gas conversion device without authorization; Regular maintenance and inspection shall be carried out on schedule; Keep alert and deal with any leakage or abnormality immediately.
2. Reasonable start-up: if liquefied gas is used for dual fuel, confirm whether the manual valve on the steel cylinder has been fully opened before operation. When the forklift is idle for a long time, close its manual valve; When starting, it is not necessary to step on the accelerator. The dual fuel system must turn the switch to the liquefied gas position. After starting, especially in the cold area, it is best to warm up the car for two or three minutes and let the cooling water system of the internal combustion engine warm up before driving, so as to ensure that the heat preservation water can flow into the carburetor to accelerate vaporization.
3. Pay attention to the fuel switching method (single fuel forklift does not need to be considered): for dual fuel forklift, the switching should be when the forklift stops stably and cannot be switched during driving; When the gasoline is converted to liquefied gas, let the internal combustion engine continue to run at idle speed. At this time, turn the switch to the middle position, let the gasoline accumulated in the carburetor burn out until the engine stops, and then turn the fuel switch to the liquefied gas position and restart; When switching from liquefied gas to gasoline, you can directly turn the change-over switch to the gasoline position without stopping at the middle position. At this time, pay attention to pull out the cable. When the dual fuel system is mainly burning liquefied gas, it is necessary to keep at least 1 / 4 of the oil in the gasoline tank for emergency needs. It is also necessary to burn gasoline occasionally to ensure that the gasoline system will not fail due to idle for too long and prevent the embrittlement of the oil pipeline. It is recommended to burn 10kg of gasoline every month.
4. Add gas correctly: there are two ways to add gas: one is to change the bottle; Second, directly inflate the forklift. When filling or changing bottles, they must be outdoors to ensure good ventilation and safety, which should meet the requirements of local fire protection standards. The forklift must stop steadily and shut down, and the driver must leave the driver's seat. Fireworks, heat sources and fire sources are strictly prohibited around. Handle cylinders carefully and do not collide, throw, or roll on the ground. The gas filling personnel must monitor the whole process of gas filling and shall not leave the site. When inflating, put the dispenser gun on the filling valve on the bottle and tighten it. At the same time, open 80% of the liquid level hole on the bottle to start inflating. When white fog comes out from the 80% liquid level hole, stop gas filling immediately, screw the 80% liquid level hole tightly and close it, and check whether the indication of the liquid level gauge is correct.
