Loader Maintenance And Maintenance Requirements

May 20, 2020

In life, many people know how to use a thing, but few people know how to maintain and maintain it after using it. The maintenance of the loader is preventive maintenance, the easiest and most economical maintenance, and is the key to extending the service life of the loader and reducing costs. Below, I will take you to learn and understand together.

1. Maintenance of the loader:

For loader, maintenance is generally divided into table-hour or table shift (daily) maintenance and regular maintenance. The regular maintenance is generally divided into 50 hours maintenance, 100 hours maintenance, 250 hours maintenance, 500 hours maintenance, 1000 hours maintenance and 2000 hours maintenance. Since the maintenance content, scope and requirements are different in each time period, it is a mandatory work and must be done when the time is up. Only by doing so can the purpose of maintenance be fulfilled.

The general requirements for loader maintenance are:

1. Stop the loader on level ground;

2. Put the transmission control lever in neutral;

3. Put all accessories in the center;

4. Pull up the parking brake;

5. Turn off the engine;

6. Turn off the main power switch and take out the electric lock key.

Second, the maintenance cycle of the loader

(1) Every 10 hours (or daily maintenance);

1. Visually inspect the machine for abnormalities and oil leakage;

2. Check the engine oil level;

3. Check the coolant level;

3. Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank;

4. Check the lights and instruments (oil pressure gauge, barometer, water temperature gauge, etc.);

5. Check tire pressure and damage;

6. Inject butter and various lubricants to the drive shaft and each joint pin;

7. Clean or replace the air filter (depending on the working environment and working intensity).

(2) Maintenance every 50 hours (or one week):

1. The engine oil must be replaced (first maintenance);

2. Tighten the front and rear drive shaft connecting bolts, diesel engine, gearbox, drive axle, tire fixing bolts;

3. Check the gearbox oil level;

4. Check the oil level of the brake afterburner pump;

5. Check the parking brake and adjust if it is not suitable;

6. Check tire pressure and damage;

7. Press the front and rear frame hinge points, rear axle swing frame, intermediate support, and other bearings with grease.

(3) Maintenance every 100 hours (or half a month):

1. Clean the engine cylinder head and torque converter oil cooler, hydraulic oil radiator, water tank (can also be determined according to the working environment);

2. Check the color of the flat inspection hole on the battery (not the same color means different meanings on the battery), apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly or butter to the joint;

3. Check the hydraulic oil level

.

(4) Maintenance every 250 hours (or one month):

1. Check the rim fixing bolts and tighten the torque;

2. Check the oil level of the front and rear axles;

3. Check whether there are any cracks and looseness in the working device, the welded joints of the front and rear frames and the fixing bolts;

4. Replace the engine oil, replace the oil filter (it can also be determined according to the working environment and working intensity);

5. Check the tightness and damage of engine fan belt and generator belt;

6. Check and adjust the foot brake and parking brake.

(5) Maintenance at the 500th hour (or three months):

1. Tighten the connecting bolts of the front and rear axles and the frame;

2. The engine oil must be replaced and the oil filter element must be replaced; the transmission oil must be replaced and the filter element replaced; the gear oil must be replaced; the hydraulic oil should be replaced; the filter element of the hydraulic oil tank must be replaced; Depending on the strength);

3. Check the engine valve clearance;

4. Clean the diesel tank and diesel filter.

(6) Maintenance every 1000 hours (or half a year):

1. Replace the transmission oil, clean the oil filter and oil pan, and replace or clean the copper wire in the breathable cover;

2. Replace the diesel filter of the engine;

3. Test various temperature gauges and pressure gauges;

4. Check the tightening of the engine intake and exhaust pipes;

5. Check the operation of the engine;

6. Replace the filter element of the hydraulic oil tank.

(7) Maintenance every 2000 hours (or one year)

1. Replace gear oil;

2. Replace the hydraulic oil, clean the oil tank and filter screen;

3. Check the working conditions of the foot brake and parking brake, dismantle and check the friction plate wear if necessary;

4. Clean and inspect the seal and spring of the brake booster, replace the brake fluid, and check the sensitivity of the brake;

5. Check the tightness of the distribution valve and working cylinder by measuring the natural settlement of the cylinder;

6. Check the flexibility of the steering system.
