Manipulator
The manipulator strives to be light (about 2kg) for continuous operation for a long time, and the operation lever uses an electric joystick controlled by fingers. Furthermore, the same operating lever is used for both operation device operation and walking mechanism operation, and the operating mode changeover switch is used as the selection method.
In addition to the operation function, the display lamp and the bee duck device also serve as an alarm when the battery voltage drops and errors.
Controller
The controller is composed of a receiver, a relay circuit controlled by an output signal, and an electromagnetic actuator, and is designed to be miniaturized for easy matching.
Solenoid valve actuator, using PWM (pulse width modulation) to drive the electromagnetic proportional control valve. Set over-current and short-circuit circuits as protection circuits. The relay circuit is composed of a transistor relay in order to improve durability and miniaturization. Furthermore, the power supply system of the controller is provided with a reverse connection protection circuit to improve its reliability.
In addition, the running status and the working status of each instrument can be checked with a monitor.
Valve device
The valve device is used to control the main control valve, but in order to be able to operate manually and remotely in the cab, the pressure of the two is selected through the prismatic valve. In addition, due to the combination of the electromagnetic proportional control valve and the electromagnetic switching valve, no matter in which aspect, in the event of an accident, the safety can be stopped.
Rotating warning lights and alarms
In order to ensure the safety of remote control operation, a rotating warning light is installed on the cab to inform the driver and the surrounding workers of the operating status and the abnormality of the machine. In addition, there are also manual alarms and alarms linked to the operating levers of the slewing mechanism and the walking mechanism to give an alarm to the surroundings.
