Daily maintenance

Weekly maintenance
Check whether the cable screws between the battery units are fixed

When it is lower than the allowable liquid level (the height of the isolation plate or the specified height), add qualified distilled water to the specified height. When there is too much electrolyte, it shall be extracted to the specified height
Check whether there is water in the battery box. If water is found, it must be drained immediately
Monthly maintenance
Before the end of charging, check the voltage of all electrode units and batteries and make records
After charging, the electrolyte density and temperature of each battery unit shall be measured and recorded. If there is a big difference from the previous measured value, professional personnel should be invited to check it
Annual maintenance
The insulation resistance of the forklift truck and the battery shall be checked by professionals once a year; The specified insulation resistance of the battery is 50 ohms / volt; The resistance of battery with rated voltage of 20V shall not be less than 1000 ohms
Check the charger once according to the instructions to ensure that all functions are normal
General precautions
The battery shall be kept clean and dry to avoid leakage current
If there is any liquid in the battery box, it must be sucked out immediately with a straw
If the internal and external paint of the battery is damaged, it shall be repaired immediately to protect the insulation of the outer box from corrosion
If it is found that the battery unit needs to be replaced, it should be carried out by professionals
Storage of battery
The battery shall be stored in a dry and frost free place
