I Vehicle exterior maintenance
In autumn, there is a lot of dew in the morning and evening, and the surface of forklift is often very wet. If there are obvious scratches on the car body, spray paint treatment should be done in time to avoid corrosion caused by moisture on the scratched parts. Due to the corrosion of rain acid in the rain in summer and the direct light in summer, the paint surface of the car body will inevitably be oxidized. At the time of changing seasons, you'd better do a maintenance work of cleaning and patching paint for the surface of the forklift.
II Tire maintenance
Tires play an important role in the safe driving of forklifts. In summer, due to the high temperature, the tire pressure should be checked frequently. Do not make the tire pressure too high, otherwise there will be the risk of tire burst. In autumn, due to the relatively low temperature, the tire should be supplemented with air pressure to keep it within the specified pressure range. At the same time, check whether the tire has scratches, because the rubber is easy to harden and appear brittle in autumn and winter, and the tire is easy to leak or even puncture, Always clean the inclusions in the tread.
III Maintenance of engine compartment
Check the engine oil, brake oil and antifreeze in the engine compartment to see whether the oil is sufficient, deteriorated and whether it has reached the replacement cycle. IV Maintenance of braking system
In autumn, the temperature difference between day and night is large, which is easy to lead to the expansion, contraction and deformation of vehicle body parts. V Maintenance of air inlet or air inlet grille

Vi Air conditioning maintenance
If your forklift is equipped with air conditioner, the weather is hot in summer, and the air conditioner in the car often runs overload. Therefore, please check the state of the air conditioner in time.
VII Battery maintenance
The electrode connection of the vehicle battery is the most prone to problems. If green oxides are found at the electrode connection during inspection, they must be cleaned up in time. These green oxides will lead to insufficient power of the generator and scrapping of the battery in serious cases.
VIII Cab maintenance
The weather in the north is dry and dusty in autumn. Please clean the dust in the cab in time to avoid dust deposition and entering the instrument and other precision parts, which will affect the performance of the forklift. For forklifts equipped with cockpit, the windows shall be opened frequently to maintain air circulation and ensure fresh air in the vehicle.
IX Chassis maintenance
At ordinary times, car owners neglect to take care of the chassis. When oil leakage and chassis deformation are found, the chassis has long been rusty. For this reason, the condition of forklift chassis should be checked regularly. In addition, the door shaft and guide rail are easy to rust due to the invasion of wind and sand and the influence of car washing, and will make abnormal noise when opening and closing.
