We should open the mouth of the big gear ring (the bottom of the big arm oil cylinder, the butter filling mouth), and check if the lubricating oil is leaked into the cavity cavity through the close ring of the rotary reducer.
Maintenance of rotary bearing
There are widespread misunderstandings in the maintenance of slewing bearings. Many people think that the time between beating and beating is the same as that of big and small arms. In fact, it does not work well, because the short lubrication cycle will cause too much butter in the bearing, thus breaking the dust ring.
Leakage means that impurities will enter the bearing, resulting in abnormal wear of bearings and abnormal operation. According to the maintenance standard, the lubrication interval of the rotary bearing is 250 hours. When the butter is struck, it is necessary to rotate the excavator and add butter once every 15 degrees.
Note: in different working conditions, the lubrication cycle can be adjusted according to the strength of rotary operation. Usually add a butter for a week or so.
Maintenance of rotary large turntable (rotary support)
The rotary large turntable consists of a rotary gear ring, a reducer and other components. Usually, when we open the observation hole at the bottom of the big arm cylinder, we can observe the lubrication condition of the big gear ring and the wear of the gear ring. With the use of the machine, the dust ring of the rotary gear ring will appear aging problems, such as the rainy day, the rain will leak into the cavity of the large gear ring along the leaks of the rotary gear ring, causing the turntable water.
The butter in the cavity is diluted by water, the lubrication effect can not reach the standard, which will aggravate the wear of the gear ring. In addition, the long time soaking will cause the rust and exfoliation on the gear ring, and eventually lead to the rotary abnormal sound, which is seriously the ring gear failure.
Therefore, you should try to avoid rainy days and park when you park. If there is water in the big gear ring, we can use the way of the uphill or downhill of the excavator to make the water out of the cavity.
