Use the Kobelco excavator maintenance oil pressure measuring tool to measure the oil pressure. When measuring, the machine should be parked on a level ground and the working device should be lowered to the ground. Measure the oil pressure under the condition that the engine coolant temperature is within the working range.
① Open the side cover of the pump room and remove the oil pressure check plug from the oil filter element.
② Install the connector of the hydraulic detector and connect the hydraulic detector.
③ Start the engine and turn off the automatic reducer.
④ Run the engine and measure the oil pressure at high and low idle speeds.
⑤ After the measurement is completed, remove the measurement tool and reinstall the removed parts.
