Two scheme references
Scheme I
1. Remove the steel pipe and check the steel pipe joint to see if there is flash / burr in the oil seal groove, which will directly lead to the damage of the oil seal; If yes, you can find the manufacturer and ask them to replace the steel pipe for you.
2. Use the regular oil seal, and pay attention to the wrong oil seal model. It is best to use the original accessories;
3. Do not use too much force when tightening the joint after replacing the oil seal. It is best to ask the manufacturer's service personnel to tighten it with a fixed torque wrench (the joints of hydraulic pipelines are tightened with torque requirements)
Scheme II
First, clean the oil leakage surface with toilet paper or rag, find the oil leakage point, check whether the oil leakage at the interface is caused by the rupture of the oil pipe, and apply the right medicine to the case. If the oil pipe is broken, remove it and take it to the pressure finding oil pipe, and directly replace one; If it is an interface, it is likely that the oil seal is broken. Find the oil seal package of this series of excavators and replace it. It should be noted that after replacement, it is necessary to start inspection to ensure that there is no oil leakage before continuing to work.
More than 90% of oil leakage is caused by corrosion and aging of oil seal. Especially cars with more than three years. Because the rubber seal will lose plasticizer under the influence of alternating temperature changes for a long time, the result is that the seal shrinks, hardens, loses elasticity, and even breaks seriously (this degree is far from enough. If there is oil leakage, it will be found during maintenance). The oil leakage problem is inevitable.
