In order to make the excavator get more digging force during operation, a boost circuit is added in the hydraulic system, and a boost switch is set at the top of the right joystick.
(1) Press the input signal of the timer switch (in6) via the control panel. The controller sends 24V electric signal to the solenoid valve to reverse the solenoid valve, and the pilot pressure oil enters the main overflow valve to increase the set pressure of the main overflow valve. After pressing the boost switch for 8s, the system pressure increases. At the same time, the monitor will display the words "increase digging force". Because the set pressure rise time is 8s, pressing and holding the boost switch for a long time will not produce corresponding effect
(2) When the travel pressure switch is in the on position, the controller will also output 24V electric signal to the solenoid valve and increase the set pressure of the main overflow valve. After the pressure rises, it will be maintained (without timing limit) while the travel pressure switch is in the on position, but it will not be displayed on the monitor. In this state, press the boost switch again, and the monitor will display the words "increase excavation force" within 8s.
When the traveling device and bucket (the boost switch is in the off position) work, the boost switch can also be used to increase the set pressure.
① When the traveling device works, it can produce a boost effect (the monitor does not display at this time).
② When the traveling device or bucket works, it can also produce pressure rise. Therefore, not pressing the pressure rise switch will also increase the working pressure of the bucket.
③ If the bucket and other accessories are operated separately, the boost is only effective in H, s and f modes.
