Tire Assembly Instructions

Jun 26, 2020

1. The tires must be assembled on the specified vehicle models and rims. Special tools and instruments are required to install and remove the tires. It is strictly forbidden to pry or smash hard.

 2. Tires of the same brand, specifications, structure, pattern and level should be assembled on the same axle.

 3. Bias tires and radial tires cannot be mixed.

 4. When the directional pattern tire is assembled, the rotation direction mark of the tire should be consistent with the driving direction of the vehicle.

 5. When the construction machinery tires are installed together, the difference between the outer diameters of the twin tires should meet the following requirements.

 The difference between the outer diameter of the two tires when the two tires of the engineering machinery tires are installed together:

 Nominal section width of tire (inch) Outer diameter difference (mm)

 <=8.25 <=6

 9.00-14.00 <=13

 16.00-18.00 <=22

 > =21.00 <=24

 6. Disassembly and assembly of tubeless tires.

 (1) Before installing the tire, check the rim for deformation and cracks; if there is a problem, repair or replace the rim. The tire should remove the rust and other debris on the surface of the rim, the bead base and the groove of the "0" ring.

 (2) When removing the tire with "0" figure rim, you need to replace it with a new "0" ring. Before installing the tire, check whether the "0" ring is defective and apply lubricant.

 (3) When removing and assembling tires, bead removers or tire changers should be used. They should not be pryed hard or smashed to avoid damaging the seals in the tire and the bead. For easy installation, use neutral soap or special lubricant to coat the bottom of the bead and the rim seat. Lubricants such as grease that can affect the quality of the tire should not be used.

 (4) When the steel tube is installed on the circumference of the tubeless tire of the construction machinery tire. The tire should be installed on the rim and filled with air pressure of about 150kpa before the steel band can be cut off.

 7. Tires equipped with snow chains should be installed symmetrically and should be removed immediately when not in use.
