1. Skills of using concrete delivery pump


(1) The operator and relevant equipment management personnel should carefully read the instruction manual, master its structural principles, use and maintenance, and relevant knowledge of pumping concrete; when using and operating the concrete pump, strictly follow the instruction manual. Because the operator needs a process to fully grasp the mechanical properties, the instruction manual should be backed up at random. At the same time, special operating points should be formulated according to the instruction manual to achieve effective control of some variable factors in the pumping technology, such as pump position and pipeline layout.


(2) The ground supporting the concrete pump should be flat and solid; the whole machine should be placed horizontally and should not be inclined during the work. The outriggers should be able to support the whole machine stably and be locked or fixed reliably. The location of the pump should be convenient for the concrete mixer truck to enter and exit and feed the hopper, and it must be considered to be advantageous for pumping the piping and reducing the pumping pressure loss. At the same time, it is required to be close to the pouring site, and the power supply and water supply are convenient.


(3) Piping should be carried out according to the characteristics of the construction site and the concrete pouring scheme. During piping design, it should be checked whether the horizontal conversion distance of the pipeline is compatible with the pumping distance of the concrete pump. When piping, shorten the length of the pipeline as much as possible, and use fewer elbows and hoses. The laying of the conveying pipe should facilitate the cleaning, troubleshooting and disassembly of the pipeline. When the new pipe and the old pipe are mixed, the new pipe should be arranged at the place where the pumping pressure is large. During the piping process, a simplified layout of the piping should be drawn, listing the specifications and quantities of various pipe fittings, pipe clamps, elbows and hoses, and providing a list.


(4) When the pipe needs to be vertically upward, as the height increases, the potential energy increases, the concrete has a tendency to return. Therefore, a horizontal pipe of a certain length should be laid between the concrete pump and the vertical pipe to ensure that there is enough resistance to resist the concrete Backflow. When pumping concrete in high-rise buildings, pipes need to be vertically upwards. At this time, the length of the ground horizontal pipe should not be less than 1/4 of the length of the vertical pipe. If the water pipes of the above-mentioned required length cannot be placed due to site constraints, elbows or hoses can be used instead.


(5) In the process of concrete pumping, as the pumping pressure increases, the pumping impact force will force the tube to move back and forth, which not only consumes the pumping pressure, but also the connection between the pump tube is impacted and interrupted The state of tension can cause premature damage to the pipe clamps and the rubber ring, and overflow of the cement slurry. Therefore, the pump must be fixed.


(6) After the concrete pump is connected with the conveying pipe, it should be fully inspected in accordance with the instructions of the concrete pump instruction manual. After 10 minutes of no-load operation, check whether each institution or system is working properly.


(7) During the construction in the hot season, it is advisable to cover the concrete delivery pipe with wet straw bags, wet cover cloth, etc. to avoid direct sunlight, which can prevent the concrete from being blocked due to excessive slump loss.


(8) When carrying out concrete pumping construction in the winter in severe cold areas, appropriate heat preservation measures should be taken, and the concrete conveying pipe should be wrapped with heat insulating materials to prevent the concrete in the pipe from freezing.

The motor power of a concrete delivery pump is a prerequisite for determining the outlet pressure and the amount of delivery. Under a certain motor power, the increase in pressure will definitely reduce the delivery volume; on the contrary, reducing the outlet pressure will make the delivery volume increase. In order to ensure that the concrete delivery pump not only has a large delivery volume, but also has a certain outlet pressure and economic power matching it, in the design of the concrete delivery pump, most of the constant power plunger pumps are used; that is, the constant power value After the selection, when the outlet pressure increases, the output displacement of the oil pump will automatically decrease to reach the value corresponding to the power design; if you want to achieve a high outlet pressure and want to achieve the purpose of large delivery volume. The only way is to increase the motor power. Therefore, in the new national standard, the concept of the capacity index of the concrete delivery pump (in MPa·m3/h as the unit of measurement) is cited; that is, the product of the actual outlet pressure of the concrete delivery pump and the actual delivery volume per hour, the greater the value , The greater the capability index, the greater the power of the motor, thereby achieving the purpose of large displacement and high head.
