Solution To Loader Smoke

May 25, 2021

Some users sometimes smoke when using the loader, and the color of the smoke is different, there are blue and white. The following are some specific solutions for different situations:

??If the loader emits white smoke, it may be caused by the following conditions:

??1. Check whether there is water in the diesel, water in the diesel, and water in the diesel, which directly affects the normal combustion of the mixed gas and emits white smoke. At this time, the deposited oil and stagnant water should be drained, and the diesel should be replaced if necessary.

??2. If the exhaust pipe continues to emit white smoke, the cylinder head and cylinder head gasket of individual cylinders may be damaged and water has entered. The damaged cylinder head and head gasket should be removed for inspection and replacement. In addition, if the intake valve is improperly closed, white smoke will appear and should be inspected and repaired.

??3. When the fuel supply advance angle in the engine is too small and the temperature of the diesel engine is not high, and the combustion is too late, part of the fuel will be discharged with the exhaust gas, and the eliminated oil mist will form a white gas.

??4. The engine temperature is not enough, the mixture of fuel and air injected into the cylinder cannot burn, and the exhaust pipe emits white smoke. Here, pay attention to the heat preservation of the water tank after the locomotive starts, and use the middle throttle to make the locomotive temperature reach 50. Above c, gradually increase the load.

??5. The cylinder head gasket is damaged, the connecting waterway or the cylinder liner is broken, so that the cooling water continuously penetrates into the cylinder. When exhausting, the exhausted hot air stream evaporates or dissipates, forming water mist or water vapor, which is discharged as white smoke.

??If it is blue smoke, the main reason is the burning of engine oil. The following specific analysis:

??1. There is too much oil in the air filter. There is too much oil in the oil pan of the air cleaner. In the case of a hot car, the engine oil becomes thinner and easily burned into the cylinder, causing the engine to emit blue smoke. The oil level in the piston ring oil pan must not exceed the oil surface ring groove.

??2. There is too much oil in the oil pan. There is too much oil in the oil pan, and the oil gradually reaching the cylinder wall increases accordingly. Part of the engine oil escapes from the gap in the piston ring and burns in the combustion chamber, producing blue smoke. Therefore, the oil in the oil pan must not exceed the upper line on the oil dipstick.

3. When the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder liner is too large and the piston ring is cemented by carbon deposits, the oil on the cylinder wall cannot be completely scraped; the piston ring is worn and the cylinder liner gap is too large, which will reduce the oil scraping capacity and the oil will move upward. Blue smoke from the exhaust pipe of the cylinder liner. In severe cases, the oil can be drained.

??4. The running-in between the cylinder liner and the piston set is not good for new cars or overhauled locomotives. The cylinder liner, piston, and piston ring are not running in properly. When starting to work, because the piston ring cannot scrape off the oil on the cylinder wall, blue smoke will be emitted. But after a period of running-in, it can be eliminated by itself.

??So when the loader smokes, it must first distinguish the color of the smoke, and then refer to the method in the article to solve it. I believe that this situation can be effectively solved without affecting the use of the machine as long as the operation is standardized.
