The Kobelco excavator rotation priority control process is as follows.
① If the rotation operation is performed during the arm recovery operation (or the recovery operation is performed during the rotation operation), the secondary control pressure of the arm operation is connected to the arm slide valve, and the pressure is input to the low pressure sensor, and the diode is rotated. The control pressure is connected to the rotary spool valve and input to the low pressure sensor.
②The voltage output of the low-voltage sensor is input to the electromechanical controller, and the controller processes the control signal and outputs a current command to the variable matching valve according to the voltage input value.
③The forearm variable regeneration solenoid valve outputs the secondary control pressure according to the instructions from the controller and changes the pressure of the forearm variable regeneration valve.
④Once the pressure of the forearm variable regeneration valve changes, the circulation circuit from the side of the piston rod (R) to the top of the forearm cylinder (H) is blocked.
⑤This action increases the pressure of the forearm piston rod (R) and the working pressure of the tip (H). Since the oil passages of the forearm and the rotating system are connected in parallel, the delivery oil of the P2 pump is preferentially used to operate the rotating system. The arm system is operated by regenerated oil.
