The control process of Kobelco excavator straight travel is as follows.
①Start ATT (boom, forearm, bucket, rotation) for walking operation (right and left), and control the pressure to connect to the respective slide valve and be sent to the respective low pressure sensor.
② If the input signal received by the electromechanical controller meets the conditions, the controller determines that it is walking in a straight line and starts a straight walking signal.
③Once a straight-line travel signal is sent, it is sent to the respective matching valve according to the following command signals.
④In the straight-line walking operation, the P1 pump starts ATT, and the P2 pump starts the walking system.
Straight-line travel solenoid valve command: the second-level pressure of the solenoid valve is output according to the higher control pressure in the ATT operation and the travel control pressure value.
Pl cut-off solenoid valve command: The higher value of the control pressure and the left-hand travel control pressure during the ATT operation (forearm and rotation) of the P2 part is output as the selected pressure.
P2 cut-off solenoid valve command: the higher value of the control pressure and the right travel control pressure during the P2 part ATT operation (boom and bucket) is output as the selected pressure.
