1. First look at whether the entire equipment is maintained on time, whether the gear oil is not blocked or replaced on time; whether the gear oil circuit is blocked, please check the system software pressure during standby, and check whether the oil return filter element is blocked. phenomenon;

2. The power of the diesel engine is too low and the driving force is not enough. Please integrate the DX data to analyze the output status of the diesel engine. Can all the cylinders be working separately; check whether the diesel engine has black smoke from the exhaust pipe, if the fuel injector The damage is more serious, and it will also cause the engine displacement to decrease;

3. The output of the hydraulic oil pump is not enough, and the relevant pressure can be tested when entering the service item detection system;

4. Insufficient leading pressure causes insufficient pressure to open the valve core, resulting in insufficient total flow and slow action;

5. To clear up whether there are problems with the power supply circuit, check the common faults of the excavator CPU, high-voltage and low-voltage controllers, relays and routes;

6. Immediately inspect the oil to check whether the oil is cleaned up. If there are stains, it should be removed first; the product oil is dirty and needs to be removed; check whether there is copper debris on the oil inlet filter, which causes the main valve Damaged, need to be disassembled for inquiry.
