Once such a thing occurs, you can use epoxy resin to reduce pressure or wipe it with soap to make emergency repairs. If there is a hole, it can be filled with a bottle stopper, and then tied with a thin wire or rope when necessary.
If the oil leaks due to the looseness of the three-way joint, you can use any raw tape to wrap around the external thread for 3-5 times and then tighten it.
3Rework
When working in the field of construction machinery, you should bring as many spare parts as possible, so that they can be replaced in an emergency.
For example, the damage and embrittlement of the hydraulic seal of the refrigeration water pump of a diesel engine will cause the water pump to seep due to the damage and embrittlement of the exhaust valve. After the new exhaust valve is replaced, the water pump will recover during operation.
Perhaps, it is more effective to replace the hydraulic seals of hydraulic oil cylinders, hydraulic oil pumps or hydraulic solenoid valves.
Also, it is easier and more convenient if the parts can be replaced, such as the diesel filter or the gear oil filter.

When the anchor bolts at a certain point on the construction machinery are broken or the sliding buckle cannot be tightened, it can be considered to use thin iron wires and wooden sticks to be applied and bundled to temporarily repair the operation.
For example, when the standard pneumatic organization of the 74 type excavator is damaged, the front axle assembly is temporarily unable to be connected, and the off-road vehicle characteristics of the equipment are reduced, so that the suspension hydraulic cylinder cannot be locked.
When it is necessary to connect the front axle assembly, the fork shaft and the cylinder can be separated and the fork shaft can be pushed inward, and then the fork shaft will be fixed after one turn, so as to ensure the driver of the front axle assembly.
Similarly, this type of rescue method can be used if the standard air pressure of the suspension hydraulic cylinder or the brake system organization is reduced or no standard air pressure.
5 Disassembly
Under the premise of not jeopardizing the operation of construction machinery, the temporarily unnecessary and damaged parts can be dismantled.
For example, the generator set of the damaged diesel engine can be removed, and the battery can be temporarily used to supply the power supply system to the starting system for a short time.
Some parts can still be used in emergency after simple repairs after disassembly and assembly.
For example, after the gas production of a diesel engine is damaged, it can be removed for grinding, and the basic repair and the sealing of the valve seat ring can be used temporarily.
6 short circuit fault
If a component in the engineering machinery startup system software or control loop is damaged, it can neither be repaired nor replaced without accessories, if the application conditions permit, consider connecting its short-circuit fault for emergency application.
However, it cannot be used for a long time. The heat value of the power circuit will often increase after a short circuit fault is connected, and other power circuit components will be damaged. When the standard is reached, the damaged components must be replaced immediately to prevent new common ones. malfunction.

After the bottom pressure high-pressure oil pipe is damaged, other pipe fittings can be used to restore the original length to facilitate emergency maintenance.
For example, when the excavator is brittle or damaged due to long-term application, the oil pipeline is cracked and cannot be plugged. When there is no spare pipe replacement, the damaged part can be cut off and the plastic hose or Rubber hoses, etc. are sleeved on both sides of the oil pipeline to be fastened and can be switched on and off.
8 deferred application
When construction machinery is working or driving, if the power circuit or hydraulic transmission system is damaged, the damaged part can be cut off and not used temporarily.
For example, if the power line ground charge and discharge at a certain point of the diesel engine start system software cannot be cleared for a while, the positive stage can be suspended in the air to turn off the power supply, and only the ignition system power supply system is used to facilitate rescue. If one of the multiple series branch control circuits of the hydraulic transmission system is abnormal, the oil inlet pipe can be removed at this time and sealed with a pipe joint. Then, the other branch control circuits can still work again and wait for work. Repair immediately at the end.
9 replace
When a part of the construction machinery is damaged and it cannot be used, it can be replaced by other parts in the car that have not yet harmed the work or parts manufactured according to local conditions. However, this type of maintenance method makes the characteristics of the construction machinery more repaired. Weak, generally only used when it is operating at full load.
For example, the engine belts of small excavators can be replaced by tapes and woven belts for shoulder bags in the short term.
