1. The root cause of white smoke from excavators
Generally, the white smoke from the excavator is due to the cold weather and the cold diesel engine shell. The diesel engine atomization is not very good, so it becomes oil vapor and organic waste gas is discharged, resulting in white smoke. Such a thing is all normal, but it does not mean that all the white smoke is in a normal state. Let’s take a look at what causes the white smoke from the excavator!
① Poor atomization
The atomization of the diesel engine sprayed into the cylinder is not good. When the atomization of the diesel engine sprayed into the cylinder is not good, the area of the diesel engine is too small, and some gasoline and diesel cannot be combined with co2 to ignite, so unignited gas is discharged out of the human body.
②Poor reduction
The diesel engine is ignited in the diesel engine by mixing the reduced high-temperature steam with the gasoline and diesel fuel injected into the cylinder.
③The parts have poor sealing performance
If the steam leaks during shrinking, the temperature of the steam after shrinking will not meet the ignition requirements, and welding fumes will be discharged if they are not ignited. 2. Diagnosis and removal
① Check the water temperature gauge. If the temperature is too low, the engine exhaust pipe emits milky white smoke, indicating that it is caused by the low temperature of the diesel engine during operation. It should be solved by the ultra-low temperature starting method (heating).
②If the diesel engine is weak during operation, the temperature is too high during operation, and there is milky white smoke in the exhaust pipe, most of it is caused by the long time of the oil pump, and it should be adjusted.
③If the diesel engine starts to emit milky white smoke, and it is not easy to start, but it emits white and blue or brings milky white smoke after starting, accompanied by diesel engine weakness and noise, the diesel engine is not shrinking well, and it should be repaired or Carry out repairs.
④ If the exhaust pipe emits white smoke while the diesel engine is working, direct the exhaust pipe with your hand to let the exhausted organic waste gas rush through the palm of your hand and check for water droplets. The method is: remove the fuel injection pump from the human body, connect it to the high-pressure pipe, start the diesel engine, and observe the atomization status of gasoline and diesel sprayed from the fuel injection pump.
