3. 4. No trench shall be excavated within 5 meters of the elevator base on site; within 2.5 meters of the elevator bottom cage, a solid protective shed shall be built.
5. Conscientiously complete the handover procedures, check the filling status and recorded items of the elevator resume and handover records, and fill in the operation records carefully.
6. Check the technical condition of the external elevator before work, check the sturdiness of the bolts at the location, horizontal and vertical supports and platforms and protective doors, wire ropes and pulleys, transmission systems, electrical lines, meters, accessories and control buttons, etc., if they are found to be abnormal It should be eliminated in time, and the driver should report in time if it cannot be eliminated.
7. Check the conditions of the stoppers and safety devices at various parts. After checking the correctness, first raise the elevator cage of the construction elevator to 1 meter from the ground to stop and check whether the brake meets the requirements. 8. Before the operation of the construction elevator, the whistle must be sounded for warning; before the elevator is cut off the main power switch, the driver is not allowed to leave the operation position. After the operation, lower the elevator to the ground floor, pull each control switch to zero position, cut off the power, and lock the distribution box and the elevator door.
9. Overloading and overloading are strictly prohibited. Carrying goods should be evenly distributed to prevent unbalanced loading. The material should not exceed the ladder cage. It is forbidden for people to get on and off without reaching the prescribed parking position.
10. When running to the upper and lower ends, it is not allowed to stop at the limit (except for inspection); maintenance operations are strictly prohibited during operation. When a ladder cage is used for maintenance and maintenance outside the cage, the other ladder cage must not be operated .
11. In case of severe weather, such as thunderstorms, strong winds above level 6, heavy fog, and icing on the guide rails, the operation should be stopped; the operation should be stopped when the lights are unclear and the signal is unclear; the elevator machinery should be stopped before it is completely eliminated; If the wire wear exceeds the specified limit, the operation shall be stopped.
