Compared with mechanical transmission, electric transmission and pneumatic transmission, Wy100 excavator hydraulic transmission has the following advantages:
Under the condition that the equipment has the same power, the hydraulic transmission device is light in weight, small in size, simple in equipment and few parts. It can be clearly seen from Table 1-5 that hydraulic excavators have advantages over mechanically driven data excavators.
2. Achieve stepless speed change in a wide range. The ratio of the highest to the lowest speed can reach 1000 to 1, and can get a lower stable speed.
3. Easy to maintain and operate. Compared with electric transmission or mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission saves a lot of intermediate transmission and control devices
4. Because the hydraulic transmission parts work in oil, they can lubricate themselves, thereby improving the working reliability of the machine and extending the service life of the parts
5. Hydraulic components are easy to realize standardization, generalization and serialization. At present, some of our hydraulic components (such as oil pumps, oil motors, control bores, etc.) have been serialized.
However, hydraulic transmission also has the following disadvantages:
1. Due to oil leakage, which affects the work efficiency, the processing accuracy of the matching parts is high
2. When the temperature and viscosity of hydraulic oil change, it will affect the transmission effect. It is more difficult to use in low temperature or high humidity conditions.
3. If air infiltrates into the oil, it will produce noise, vibration and creeping phenomenon, resulting in unstable work.
4. When a fault occurs, it is difficult to determine the cause and eliminate the fault.
