Three Reasons Can Cause The Excavator To Deviate From The Rail

Jul 13, 2018

The track of the excavator is deviated from the track, which is separated from the guide wheel, the support wheel, the driving wheel and the chain wheel. It is commonly known as the "drop chain". This is a curtain that the driver and the owner of the excavator are not willing to see. The signs of deviance are that the tracks should be idled. On the other hand, the frequent deviant tracks also indicate that the chassis itself is in need of repair.

There are many reasons for the excavator deviance, but basically they can be classified into three categories.

First, because the four round is not in the same plane, and the track is deviating from the track, the cause of the problem is mostly in the guide wheel, because the only guide wheel in the four wheel (guide wheel, support wheel, driving wheel, and sprocket) can be moved forward and backward, the wear of the moving parts and the wear of the center axis of the guide wheel will cause the steering wheel to swing around and cause the track. Deviant. This means that the excavator needs to replace the guide wheel.

Two, because the crawler is too loose, it causes the track to deviate. The tightness of the track is adjusted by the tightening oil cylinder to push the guide wheel. The tensioned oil cylinder is driven by butter and butter to adjust the tightness of the caterpillar, but in many cases the caterpillar can not adjust the tightness. For example, 1, the oil seal leaking from the tight oil cylinder will cause the crawler to be too loose and can not be used. Adjust. This requires the replacement of the oil seal of the tight oil cylinder.2, the chain mouth leak will also cause, the caterpillar can not be adjusted. It is necessary to change the chain mouth.3, and the spring break of the tensioner will also cause the crawler to be too loose. This big spring change will have a little difficulty, the professional tool.4 is needed, the caterpillar chain rail pin is overworn or worn, The increase of the total length of the track also causes the crawler to be too loose. If the rail pin is not worn, a track can be cut off. If the rail pin is worn through, it is necessary to replace the pin of each section. But now it seems that few people now "press the chain" to replace the pin. More is the direct replacement of the chain track.

Three. Due to the wear of the chain plate, the tracked track is deviant. If you compare the chassis of the excavator to the bulldozer, it will be found that some places are different. The bulldozer, even if the crawler is very loose and seldom drops the chain, is because the bulldozer's guard chain is a whole block from the drive wheel to the guide wheel, and all the wheels are wrapped. The excavator is included, and the excavator has only two and small protective chain plates, a position in the middle of the heavy wheel, and one in the position of the guide wheel. Once the chain plate is worn, the chain rail is easy to slip to the guard chain, causing the track to deviate.

I think there is no standard, I think there is no certain standard, first of all, it should be to break the chain mouth, let the butter let off, let the crawler loose, and then, according to the situation, use the excavator bucket and walk to fit it, and the more easy the track is, the more easy it is to put it back. The driving chain is a reason, but the excavator's crawler is too heavy and the man can't lift it, so we need the excavator's shovel, the crawler slips out. We can use a bucket to push the part of the track to the guide wheel or the driving wheel, and then rotate the driving wheel. Not enough to caterpillar, this is the need to use a wire rope, a part of the track to pull to the guide wheel or drive wheel, and then rotate the driving wheel. But the operation is to pay attention, the redundant distance of the crawler, should be more easy to install at the installation. After the position of the guide wheel and drive wheel is installed, the track is basically a good half of the load, The supporting sprocket part can be loaded directly with a bucket. If the bucket is not enough, one way is to top up the caterpillar, find a suitable stick, support the track and the ground in the position of the tug wheel, and then slowly put down the track and the position of the tug wheel. The track will be raised by the wooden stick, so that it can be fitted with deviant tracks.

When the track is all out, it is first to install the driving wheel or first to install the guide wheel. I think it should be determined according to the situation. I am used to loading the driving wheel first and then loading the guide wheel. If the situation is very complicated, the caterpillar can not be installed after the use of all kinds of methods. Then the only way is to disassemble the chain track from the live section. Yi's tracks are loaded, but only a lot of chain tracks are not well removed. They need oxygen cutting to heat them.

If the excavator is to be regarded as a person, the crawler should be his "foot". In the course of walking, the four rounds are solid iron grinding iron, without any lubrication, so the iron giant is not good at walking. From the other point of view, the long and long distance walk is also a pity for the excavator!
