1. The hydraulic oil of excavator has not been replaced for too long
2. The hydraulic pump has failed
3. The computer board is faulty or set incorrectly
4. The volume of the oil tank is too small, the heat dissipation area is not enough, the oil cooling device is not installed, or although there is a cooling device, its capacity is too small.
Solution:
1. If the hydraulic oil of your excavator has not been replaced for more than 6000 hours, the hydraulic oil must be replaced
2. The hydraulic pump shall be overhauled and debugged by professionals
3. Reset or repair the computer board
4. Install a cooling device with a capacity matching the oil tank.
