There are two ways to remove the scale of the water tank of the hydraulic excavator engine cylinder.
First, when the scale is not much, the temperature can be removed first and then the side hole of the outlet elbow on the cylinder head is blocked. The direction of the water flow is opposite to the cycle direction of the water when the engine works, so that the released water is cleaned.
Second, the engine cylinder water tank has very serious scale. In order to ensure the cooling effect of the diesel engine cooling system, make the engine work normally and increase the service life of the engine, the scale of the water tank in the diesel engine should be cleared in time.
The configured cleaning liquid is poured into the water tank.
Then start the engine and run at medium speed for about lOmin and then turn off.
After 10-12h, restart the diesel engine and run at medium speed for about lOmin.
Add clean coolant and start engine. Operate at medium speed and clean yourself.
So repeated 2 to 3 times, you can thoroughly remove the scale.
