The adjustment of the injection timing of the LG6250 pump is also the adjustment of the starting time of the fuel injection pump, which has two effects on the engine.

1 the oil supply time is too large, because the pressure and temperature of the air in the cylinder are low. After the fuel injection, the formation conditions of the mixture gas are poor and the time of the preparation is long, which will cause the engine to work rough, bad operation and difficult starting.

2 the start time of the oil supply is too small, which will cause the engine to produce a serious afterburning, resulting in the engine burst pressure and temperature reduction. The result is: fuel combustion incomplete, engine power decline, exhaust smoke, engine overheating, power performance and economic performance.

The fuel injection timing adjustment of the LG6250 digger BFM1013 series engine (including 4 cylinder machine and 6 cylinder machine) is adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the pad Z between the roller tappet and the single pump. The engine will not work properly if the calculation is inaccurate or the installation is not properly adjusted. Therefore, the following methods must be strictly followed and observed. And requirements, accurate calculation and installation of a single pump.


Matters needing attention in the use and maintenance of single pump for temporary LG6250 excavator:


1 because the injection pressure of the fuel injection system of the single pump is high, the quality of the fuel is relatively strict. Therefore, the engine fuel system should use at least 2 stage filter system, and the special oil water separator filter system can be added with the condition.


2 the fuel should be clean and light diesel that meets the national standards and at least 1~2 days.


3 replace diesel filters, oil and diesel tanks regularly.


4 single body pump shall not be dismantled and adjusted at will. If it is necessary to disassemble, repair and adjust, the cylinder number must be marked on the single pump and its corresponding adjusting pad in advance. The installation of the single pump and the adjustment pad must be ensured when the installation is installed, and the cylinder can not be installed or installed at random. Otherwise, the thickness of the Z can be reconfirmed according to the requirements.


5 when cleaning and repairing, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the workplace and ensure the clean installation of the monomer pump.


6 the high pressure oil pipe of the monomer pump is a disposable component and can not be used again after being dismantled.


7 the method of evacuation of the fuel system of the single body pump is to release the high pressure oil pipe of the first or sixth cylinders, and pump the oil with the hand oil pump until the fuel outlet of the single pump is ejected without the bubble.
