(4) prohibit using open fire to bake oil pan and start fire at the inlet pipe. In order to prevent fire, fire and coal fire are used to bake the oil bottom of the engine at a certain distance, and the crankshaft is rotated slowly, so that the oil is heated evenly and all parts are lubricated. If a fire is started at the inlet of the engine, the ash will be burned. The embers and hard materials are sucked into the cylinder, causing the intake and exhaust valves to be closed tightly, and the cylinder wear will be accelerated.


No long time use of electric hot plug, flame preheater. The heating body of the electric hot plug and the flame preheater are all electric wire, its power consumption and heat are very large. Long time use can damage the battery because of the sharp discharge. At the same time, it can also burn out the electric heat wire. Therefore, the electric plug can not exceed 1min for each continuous use, and the flame preheater is used every time. The time of continuous use should be controlled within 20s.


It is prohibited to add oil directly to the cylinder. Although the oil is added to the cylinder, it can play the role of sealing and increasing the temperature, and facilitate the starting of the diesel engine cooler, but the oil can not be completely burned and the carbon is easy to produce, so that the elasticity of the piston ring is weakened and the seal performance of the cylinder is reduced; in addition, the wear of the cylinder sleeve will be accelerated, causing the engine power to descend, so that the engine power descends, so that the engine power descends, so that the engine power will drop, so that the engine power will drop, so that engine power descends, so that the engine power descends, so that the engine can be reduced. The engine is not allowed to start for a long time. The engine's starter is operated under low voltage and high current. Long time use will damage the battery. Its continuous working time must not exceed lOs; one start is not possible and it should be restarted at 15s.


When the engine is just starting, the engine oil has a low temperature, poor fluidity and high speed running at once. It is easy to cause sharp wear and tear of various moving parts because of lack of lubrication.


The engine will stop suddenly when the engine is full.
