The white smoke of the excavator engine is usually caused by the mixing of water in the oil system of the excavator. To prevent the failure of the excavator engine to smoke the white smoke can be operated according to the following 12 methods:
1 prevent impurities mixed into the fuel. The parts of the fuel system, such as the internal parts of the injector, and the formation of the pores in the fuel channel are very accurate, so they are very sensitive to the impurities. If the impurities are entered, the parts and the oil channels will be damaged, so effective measures should be taken to prevent impurities from entering.
2 prevent the oil from being mixed with dehydrant. If the dehydrating agent is used in the fuel, it will cause rust. Therefore, do not use dehydrant in the fuel tank.
3 flush the fuel line and the surrounding area before starting maintenance.
4 wash hands when carrying out maintenance, but do not wear gloves.
5 remove the fuel hose or fuel pipe, and immediately put the exposed hose or pipe ends in an ethylene bag.
6 if parts (fuel hoses, fuel pipes, etc.) are to be replaced, do not open new parts before installation.
7 seals and O rings should be replaced with new parts.
8 when the fuel pipe, fuel injection pipe, fuel injector, fuel pump and common rail assembly are dismantled, the fuel port must be closed rapidly.
9 eye bolts and gaskets must be stored in a clean box with lid to prevent impurities from sticking.
10 after work, wipe out the leakage of fuel and make sure there is no fuel leakage after starting the diesel engine.
11 the high pressure pipe and fuel injector tube in the fuel system should not be reused. Once the tubing is removed, new ones will be replaced.
12 absolutely do not replace pressure limiter, fuel temperature sensor and flow damper separately. If there is any fault, replace common rail assembly and all fuel pipes.
