(1) Check, clean and replace the air filter element: first blow from the inner side of the filter element along the crease with dry compressed air with a pressure of less than 700kPa, then blow along the outer crease, and finally blow from the inner side. After 6 times of cleaning or when used for more than 1 year, the filter element should be replaced. Do not use a filter element with a damaged layer or gasket. Do not replace or clean the air filter element while the engine is working. When cleaning the filter element, there is no need to knock.
(2) Cleaning the inside of the cooling system: After the engine is sufficiently cooled, slowly loosen the water injection port cap to relieve the internal pressure of the water tank, and then drain the water. Do not clean the engine while the engine is working. Be careful with the high-speed rotating fan.
(3) Check and tighten the track shoe bolts.
(4) Check and adjust the tension of the crawler: measure the distance between the bottom of the crawler frame and the upper part of the grounded weir belt (the inner side of the crawler plate) at the fourth roller from the driving wheel. The standard distance is (303±20)mm. If the measured value is not within the standard range, adjust it by loosening or tightening.
(5) Gun check air inlet heater.
(6) Replace the bucket teeth.
(7) Adjust the gap of the bucket: When the gap is less than the thickness of a shim (the thickness of the shim is 1.0mm and 0.5mm), do not adjust the coin.
(8) Check the level of the window cleaning fluid, if it is insufficient, add it.
(9) Check and adjust the air conditioner: check the liquid level of the refrigerant (Freon 143), if the refrigerant is insufficient, the refrigeration performance will deteriorate, and the refrigerant should be added
(10) Replace the filter element of the oil filter.
