The reducer is a combination of two-stage simple planetary gear reducer. Its components are driving gear, sun gear, retainer, and hydraulic oil flowing into the piston motor. The shaft of the piston motor rotates at high speed, and the power is input to the reducer part. The reducer part decelerates this high-speed rotation in two steps through a simple planetary 2-stage reduction device, and rotates the valve body with a ring gear to obtain low-speed and high-torque output power.
(1) Operation of the first-stage reduction unit
The first-stage reduction unit is composed of drive gear, planetary gear A, ring gear, retainer, needle bearing, and inner ring.
Planetary gear A meshes with the drive gear. The driving gear rotates in a clockwise direction, and the planetary gear A rotates in a counterclockwise direction. On the other hand, the planetary gear also meshes with the ring gear. The planetary gear kicks off the teeth of the ring gear and revolves in a clockwise direction around the drive gear.
Since the planetary gear is fixed on the holder, it rotates freely through the needle bearing, and the rotation is transmitted to the holder

In addition, the retainer is combined by a spline and two-stage sun gear, and the rotation of the retainer is transmitted to the sun gear.
(2) Operation of the second-stage reduction unit
The second-stage reduction unit is composed of sun gear, planetary gear B, ring gear, retainer, needle bearing, and inner ring. Planetary gear B meshes with sun gear. The sun gear rotates in a clockwise direction. Planetary gear B rotates counterclockwise.
Planetary gear B is fixed on the holder and rotates freely through needle bearings. Moreover, the fixer is combined by bolts and methods, and the flange is fixed on the body frame, so it cannot rotate.
This planetary gear B cannot revolve like the first-stage reduction unit, and rotates in the counterclockwise direction at the installation position. In addition, the planetary gear B meshes with the ring gear, and the counterclockwise rotation of the planetary gear B is transmitted to the ring gear. Up, make the ring gear turn counterclockwise.
Through the above action, the housing (the ring gear cuts into its inner diameter) bears the force transmitted by the planetary gear, the housing rotates, and the power is transmitted to the mechanical driven part connected with the housing.
