How To Troubleshoot The Fault Of The Loader?

When the loader is used, it will make abnormal noises for a long time. Abnormal noise may come from the following three aspects: one is the abnormal noise produced when the drive shaft is telescoping; the second is the abnormal noise of the final drive and differential; and the third is the abnormal noise of the rear axle swing. The main investigation directions are as follows:


??(1) Check the drive shaft


??When the rear axle swings on the swing frame, the input flange in the rear axle swings together with the rear axle, which changes the length and spatial position of the rear drive shaft. It was found that the rear drive shaft was not significantly stretched during the steering process of the loader, and there was no possibility of abnormal noise.


??(2) Check the main reducer and differential


??Touch the position of the wheel reducer of the rear drive axle with your hand to feel the impact action. We replaced the main reducer and differential assembly, and the abnormal noise problem was not resolved after the test.


??(3) Scan and check the rear axle swing frame


??In order to simulate the abnormal noise and observe the actual operation of the front and rear swing frame in real time, we drive the loader to the maintenance platform. Through several in-situ steering and front and rear driving tests, carefully observe the state of the swing frame, and found that there is a relative movement of 3 mm between the rear swing frame and the axle housing. It is the movement of the rear connecting flange in the rear rotating frame that causes the connecting flanges on the rear rotating frame and the rear axle housing to collide with each other, resulting in abnormal noise.
