Everyone is at first confused about a strange thing. We are interested in these new things and are full of curiosity. Want to know how it is used? How does it work? Don't worry, the following will take you to learn and master some safety precautions and its correct operation method of the loader.
1. Safety precautions of the loader
1. General safety precautions
①Before using the loader, the driver and related personnel must carefully read the operation and maintenance manual or operation and maintenance manual provided with the manufacturer, and follow the information. Otherwise it will bring serious heavy consequences and unnecessary losses.
② The driver should wear the safety requirements and wear the necessary protective facilities.
③ In the small or dangerous area of the work area, a warning sign must be displayed within the range or danger point.
④It is strictly forbidden for the driver to drive after drinking or fatigue.
⑤ When performing maintenance or inspection work in the center hinge area, install the “anti-rotation lever” to prevent the front and rear frames from rotating relatively.
⑥After the loader is stopped, the loader should be mounted on the place where there is a handrail. Never jump up and down while the loader is working or walking.
⑦When the maintenance loader needs to raise the arm, the raised boom must be firmly secured to ensure that the boom will never fall under any maintenance situation.
2. Safety precautions before engine start
①Check and ensure that the lighting of all lamps and display lights can be displayed normally. In particular, check the normal display of the turn signal and brake indicator.
② Check and make sure that no one should work under the vehicle or near the loader when starting the engine to ensure that the safety of yourself or others will not be endangered in the event of an accident.
③ The shifting control handle of the loader should be moved to the neutral position before starting.
④ For the braking system without emergency braking, the hand brake handle plate should be brought to the parking position.
⑤ Only start or run the engine in a place with good air flow. If operating indoors, connect the exhaust port of the engine to or face the outdoor.
3. Safety precautions after engine start and operation
①After the engine is started, wait for the brake air pressure to reach the safe air pressure before preparing to start, to ensure the safety of braking when driving. For emergency braking, press the button of the emergency and parking brake valve (only when the air pressure reaches the allowable starting air pressure, the button can be pressed, otherwise it will automatically jump up), so that the emergency and parking brake are released, only then Start with I block. If there is no emergency braking, simply lower the parking brake handle and release the parking brake to start.
②Remove the faults of the loader on the walking road, especially pay attention to obstacles such as iron blocks and ditches to avoid cutting the tires.
③Adjust the rearview mirror so that the driver can have the best visual effect after sitting in the seat.
④Ensure that the loader's horn, backward signal lights, and all safety devices can work normally.
⑤ When you are about to start or when you check the steering direction, you should press the horn first to warn people around you to pay attention to safety.
⑥ Before starting to walk, you should try all the joysticks, pedals, and steering wheel once to make sure that you are in a normal state before you can start to work. Pay special attention to check whether the steering and braking are intact. Make sure that the steering and braking are completely normal before starting to run.
⑦When traveling, place the bucket at a height of about 400mm above the ground. When working on slopes in mountainous areas or crossing obstacles such as ditches, deceleration and small corners should be used to avoid tipping. When the loading surface starts to slide to one side on a steep slope, it must be unloaded immediately to prevent it from continuing to slide down.
⑧ Try to avoid too many tires and excessive slipping; try to avoid two wheels floating, and do not allow only two wheels to land and continue to work.
⑨ When it is used as a towing vehicle, it can only be connected to the traction device. No people are allowed to stand between the towed object and the loader, and a certain safety distance must be maintained to prevent safety accidents.
4. Safety precautions during shutdown
①The loader should be parked on the flat ground, and the bucket should be placed on the ground. When the engine is turned off, it is necessary to repeatedly pull the operating device control handle to ensure that each hydraulic cylinder is in a state of pressureless rest. When the loader can only be parked on a ramp, the tires must be bolstered.
② Put all kinds of handles in neutral or middle position.
③ First remove the key of the electric lock, then turn off the main power switch, and finally close the doors and windows.
④Do not stop in an open flame or high temperature area to prevent the tire from being heated and exploding, causing an accident.
⑤ When inflating the tire with the combination valve or air tank, no one should stand on the front of the tire to prevent the explosion from hurting people
Second, the correct operation method of the loader:
The correct operation method of the loader flexibility can be summarized as: one light, two stable, three separation, four diligent, five coordination, and six prohibited.
One light: When the loader is operating, the heel is pressed against the floor of the cab, the footplate of the self-priming pump and the accelerator pedal are kept parallel, and the fuel pedal is gently pressed down.
Two stable: the loader is in operation, the throttle must always be stable. Under normal operating conditions, the throttle opening is about 70%.
Three separation: When the loader is operating, the foot plate should be separated from the brake pedal and placed on the floor of the cab. Never step on the brake pedal. Gear pump loaders often work on uneven construction sites. If the feet are always on the brake pedal, the fuselage will move up and down, which will cause the driver to step on the brake pedal lightly. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to control the engine condition and gear shift by controlling the throttle deceleration. The oil drum pump not only avoids the overheating of the braking system caused by frequent braking, but also brings convenience to the speed increase of the loader quickly.
Siqin: When the loader is working, especially during the shoveling operation, the bucket should be shoveled with material under the condition that the throttle is stable, and the lifting and turning levers are cyclically pulled. The lifting of the metering pump and the cyclic turning of the control lever of the bucket are called "qin". This process is very important and has a great impact on fuel consumption.
Five coordination: coordination is the organic coordination of lifting and bucket control levers. The general shoveling process of the loader is to lay the bucket flat on the ground and drive towards the pile steadily. When the sanitary pump encounters resistance when the shovel is parallel to the shovel, it should first follow the principle of first raising the arm and then closing the bucket. This can effectively prevent the bottom of the bucket from being resisted, so that the maximum digging force can be fully exerted.
Six is strictly prohibited: The first is to prohibit tire slip. When the loader is operating, the tires often slip when the throttle is suddenly applied in response to resistance. This phenomenon is usually caused by improper operation by the driver, which increases fuel consumption and damages the tires. The second is to prohibit the rear wheel from tilting. Because of the large digging force of the loader, the driver usually shovels the two rear wheels from the ground if they are not properly operated during the shoveling of solid soil and stone mountain. The grounding inertia of this tilting action will cause the blade of the bucket to break and the bucket to deform; when the rear wheel of the pressure test pump is highly tilted, it is also easy to cause the welding of the front and rear frame and other structures to crack, or even the plate breaks. The third is strictly prohibited to hit the pile. When shoveling ordinary materials, the loader can work in the second gear, and it is strictly forbidden to inertial impact the stock pile with a gear above the second gear. The correct method of the centrifugal pump should be when the bucket is close to the pile and timely shift the gear to I gear to complete a shoveling process.
