Exhaust detection in various places
1. cylinder exhaust
(L) start the engine with a low speed of about 5min.
(2) the bucket rod and the bucket are also carried out in steps (2) and (3).
(3) the engine is running at high speed, the upper and the lower arms move repeatedly 4~5 times, then the engine operates at low speed, and the piston rod moves to the maximum stroke to overflow the overflow valve.
(4) the engine operates at low speed, and the upper and lower arms move repeatedly 4~5 times (the piston rod moves to about lOmm before the maximum stroke).
2. rotary motor exhaust
(1) if the exhaust blockage is no oil exudation, then:
Shut down the engine and fill the motor housing from the plug.
Tighten exhaust blockage, tightening torque is (166.9 + 19.6) N.m.
(2) low speed operation of engine: loosen exhaust blockage and check whether there is oil leakage.
3. hydraulic pump exhaust
(L) loosening the exhaust blockage and checking for oil leakage.
(2) if oil exudates, tighten the exhaust blockage. The tightening torque is (17.5 +2. 45) N.m.
(3) if the oil is blocked by the exhaust, then:
1. Remove the hose and elbow when the exhaust is blocked and loose.
2. Add oil from the installation holes of the elbow until the oil is exuded at the exhaust blockage.
Install the elbow and hose to fasten the exhaust and plug.
(4) after completing the above operations, start the engine and make it idling lOmin at low speed.
