The fuel oil of the excavator maintenance:
1 different grades of fuel should be chosen at different ambient temperatures.
High ambient temperature, high viscosity oil should be chosen, and low viscosity oil should be chosen for low ambient temperature.
2 keep the fuel clean:
Fuel to ensure absolute cleanliness. Once the fuel is mixed with water, dust, or other impurities, the light causes the fuel pump to wear faster, and the weight of the pump causes the pump to be damaged.
3 do not use poor quality fuel.
The content of paraffin and sulphur in poor fuel oil is too high, which will damage the engine. For example, Volvo excavator recommends 0# fuel.
4 full fuel after completion of the operation
When the gasoline alarm lights up, in time to fuel, so as not to burn the oil pump, filling the fuel oil can effectively prevent the production of water droplets in the tank of the excavator; meanwhile, it is also beneficial to the heat dissipation of the fuel pump.
5 use the fuel filter:
The use of the fuel filter filter can effectively filter out impurities in the fuel, and prevent foreign bodies from accidentally falling into the fuel tank during the process of adding fuel.
