1 the diesel engine should not be operated at low speed and long time. The diesel engine should not operate at low speed for a long time. This is mainly due to the quality of diesel atomization. This is due to the spray atomization of the injector. It is mainly related to the injection pressure, the diameter of the injection hole and the speed of the camshaft. The quality of the diesel atomization depends on the quality of the diesel atomization, which depends on the injection pressure and the camshaft speed. The higher the injection pressure is, the faster the camshaft speed is, the better the quality of the spray atomization. And the rotating speed of the convex axle is changed with the crankshaft speed. When the diesel engine crankshaft speed is lower than the fixed speed, the spray atomization will deteriorate. It will lead to abnormal operation of the diesel engine.
Second, the long time low speed operation will be due to the oil viscosity and the slow speed of the engine oil pump. The result will lead to the poor lubrication of the bearing parts. At the same time, the rotation speed is low, the work is not smooth, the connecting rod bushes work under the abnormal impact load, and the axle tile alloy drop blocks are also easily occurred.
2 after the long time running of the diesel engine, the diesel engine can not be extinguished immediately after the long time load of the diesel engine. If the diesel engine needs to be shut down, the low speed of the diesel engine should be turned out to be 3-5min and then extinguished. This is because the temperature of each component is higher when the high speed load of the diesel engine is working. Cycle, so the water around the high temperature parts, the temperature will suddenly rise, or even boil up, often damaged the machine.
When a diesel engine is loaded with a turbocharger, the temperature of the turbocharger's turbine shell and the turbine shaft is up to 800 degrees. If the diesel engine is extinguished immediately in this case, the heat of the supercharger and the high temperature part of the turbocharger is transferred to the low temperature part, and the result is that the bearing part will also reach a fairly high temperature to make the lubricating bearing. The aging of oil due to high temperature and coking will inevitably make the bearing lubricity worse at the next start.
So the low speed air turn before the extinguishing has the effect of gradual uniform heat dissipation to the diesel engine. In addition, it is an incorrect operation method to bombardment of the throttle when the fire is flameout. Because the engine speed is suddenly increased and reduced, the moving parts are easily damaged by the changing load. At the same time, the fuel is flameout and unburned after the throttle is bombarded. The accumulating in the cylinder will dilute the oil. When starting again, it will also make the cylinder sleeve, piston and other parts increase wear. On the other hand, it can also easily cause a large accumulation of parts such as piston, valve and other parts, resulting in the power drop of the diesel engine.
