The engine of the excavator needs to shut down, which means that the engine power does not match the power of the hydraulic system it mainly drives, that is, the power of the hydraulic system is higher than the output power of the engine.
For engines, ensure that:
1. Smooth air intake (clean air filter, normal operation of turbocharger, etc.);
2. The oil supply of the diesel engine supply system is normal (the diesel is clean, the diesel filter is not blocked, the high-pressure pump supply pressure is normal, etc.).
For the hydraulic system, ensure that:
1. The set pressure of the main overflow valve shall not exceed the manufacturer's set value (about 26mpa for small excavation, about 33mpa for the first stage of medium excavation and about 35MPa for the second stage);
2. The main pump regulator is normal (the adjustment amount of power control spring is appropriate, the input and output amount of pump proportional solenoid valve is normal, etc.).
If it is a momentary action of a certain action, it is necessary to consider the fault of the overload oil makeup valve (also known as the safety oil suction valve, port overflow valve, etc.) on the hydraulic oil circuit of the action, which is caused by excessive pressure regulation.
The power of the hydraulic pump does not match that of the engine. Also, change the fuel filter and the oil-water separator. These two things will be blocked if they are not replaced for a long time, so the fuel supply will not be smooth. Check whether the fuel injection pressure and quantity of the engine fuel injector are normal!
