The hydraulic transmission device can be installed on the forklift for trial operation, and the drive axle should be lifted during operation.
The specific steps are as follows:
1) Before the inspection and test run, the oil volume shall be increased sufficiently to keep the oil level above the minimum of the oil scale. The oil must be clean. Prevent impurities and moisture from entering the oil when refueling, because water evaporation is easy to produce bubbles, which will reduce the efficiency of the engine and damage the seals.
2) When the reversing switch is in the neutral position and the engine speed is 1000-1200r / min, test run for 1-2min. After stopping the operation, check the oil level, which should be within the range of the oil standard.
3) Keep the hydraulic transmission in the neutral position, operate for 2min, and then connect the front and rear lines respectively for 1-2min.
Check the pressure of the hydraulic transmission device. When the reversing is in the neutral position and the speed is 1000r / min, the minimum pressure of the torque converter shall be 0.26mpa and the minimum pressure of the safety valve shall be 0.7MPa.
When the reversing is in the forward or backward position and the speed is 1000r / min, the pressure of clutch oil is 0.7MPa.
The tightness of each connecting part shall also be checked, and there shall be no oil leakage and oil leakage.
4) After the above repeated changes, it can continue to operate for 120min, continue to check all items, and check the oil temperature in the hydraulic transmission device shell, which should be within the range of 60-90 ℃. If the oil temperature is too high, check the cooling system to eliminate the faults such as blockage, rupture, low oil level or bubbles in the system, which may be the phenomenon of clutch oil jamming.
