1 in the condition of the air filter, the idling value is adjusted by the carburetor throttle valve limit screw to make it 20 / part higher than the specified speed value (this is the adjustment of the throttle opening degree, the specified speed is given by the manufacturing plant, generally 550~750 rpm, and the vacuum degree is about 400 mm Hg).
2 adjust the idle speed adjusting screw to increase the engine speed slightly (this is to adjust the air-fuel ratio, and the vacuum gauge of the vacuum gauge is improved after the adjustment, so that the pointer is stabilized).
3 adjust the throttle limit screw and reduce the rotation speed to the speed of 1.
4 repeat (2), (3), (3), until the stable operation is obtained (20 RPM higher than normal idle speed), and then adjust the idle adjustment screw to make the mixture dilute, and make the idle speed up to the specified value (up to the standard 20 / sub down).
