Imported, domestic excavator engine maintenance overview:
The operation of decomposing and trimming the engine from the car is called the maintenance of the engine. The usually said grinding valve, changing ring is one kind of engine repair, it is to remove the cylinder cover and the piston of the carbon, replace the piston ring, the grinding valve, the replacement of the cylinder pad as the center. In principle, the following compression pressure and intake vacuum should be checked before and after assembly.
This kind of repair, according to the situation, sometimes even needs to replace the bearing and water pump. But in general, the operation range is to check and repair the spark plug, the contact gap of the broken electrical apparatus, the carburetor, the fuel pump, the open heat exchanger hose, the fan belt and so on. It can be recognized as a simplified form of the maintenance operation.
Test method for compression pressure of imported and domestic excavator engines cylinder:
1 turn off the ignition switch of the engine and pull the high tension wire from the ignition coil or distributor Jack.
2 carefully clean around the spark plug hole. Be careful not to let the foreign matter fall into the cylinder.
3 remove the air filter and advance the choke and throttle valve of the carburetor to the base position.
4 take down the spark plug, plug the rubber head of the cylinder compression gauge on the spark plug hole, at least make the engine crankshaft turn 4~5, read the value of the pressure gauge when the maximum pressure is read.
5 the compressive pressure of each cylinder is measured separately. The minimum pressure difference should not exceed 1.4 kg / cm.
6 if the compression pressure of a cylinder is low, it can drip a little oil into the cylinder from the spark plug hole and repeat it several times.
After the 7 oil is added, if the normal compression pressure is measured, the piston ring seal is not good. If the compression pressure is still not normal, it is considered that the valve is stuck or ablated. It is necessary to further measure the compression pressure of the adjacent two cylinders. If the compression pressure of the adjacent two cylinders is low, the cylinder pad may be damaged and the adjacent two cylinders are leaking from each other.
