The Carter excavator's slight oil burning is indeed a loss. The Carter engine deepens the pattern of the cylinder in order to delay the life of the engine (the cylinder cylinder of the ordinary engine can see the light patterns in the sun). The deepening of the pattern means that the oil in the grain is increased, the lubrication is increased, the wear of the cylinder piston is reduced, but it remains in the combustion chamber. The oil also increased, so there was a slight phenomenon of burning oil. Carter motor oil is a special engine oil, which does not produce carbon deposits lightly. If excessive burning oil is not lost, it may be the air filter dirty, not often clean and change, causing dust particles in the air into the engine to wear the cylinder piston. Another is that the oil has not been replaced as normal and the non certified Carter oil has been used.
