1. Routine inspection before stacker operation:
Routine inspection before the operation has an absolute impact on the safety of the operation on the day, and confirm whether the stacker is in a safe state before operating your stacker
Please perform the following actions before checking your stacker
a. First park the stacker in a safe and stable place
b. Stop the engine, pull up the hand brake, and set all control levers to neutral position.
c. Make the mast perpendicular to the horizontal line, lower the fork, and let the fork contact the ground.
Check around the stacker for oil leakage or water leakage.
Check whether the tire pressure is normal, whether the tread is cut, whether the steel ring is deformed or damaged, and whether the screws are locked.
Inspect the rear support frame and fork for deformation, cracks, and whether the fork positioning is normal.
Check whether the tightness of the mast chain is consistent.
Inspect whether the light system is damaged and whether the roof is deformed or cracked.
Open the hood
Check the cooling water level.
Check the engine oil level.
Check the fan belt for cracks and wear.
Check the battery electrolyte level.
Check the hydraulic oil level.
Check the brake fluid level.
Put down the hood, get in the car, and sit in the seat.
Adjust the seat to the proper position.
The steering wheel tilt angle is adjusted to the most ideal position.
Check whether the speaker function is normal.
It is normal to test the brake pedal.
It is normal to test the accelerator pedal.
It is normal to test the clutch pedal. (Manual gear model)
It is normal to try to step on the jog pedal. (Automatic shift model)
Is the handbrake lever operating normally?
Turn the key switch to ON
Check whether the fuel quantity is sufficient.

Start the engine and let the engine warm up for 5 minutes to check whether there is abnormal sound or abnormal vibration.
Check whether the mast lift and tilt forward and backward are smooth, and check the hydraulic cylinder and the oil pipe for oil leakage.
Move the stacker slowly to a safe area.
Check that the clutch action (inching switch action) is normal.
Check whether the braking force is sufficient.
Check whether the steering wheel steering is normal.
2. Regular inspection and maintenance
Before operating the stacker, in addition to performing the ``routine inspection before operation'', the stacker should check the stacker at regular intervals for safety reasons and to ensure the life, performance and operating efficiency of the parts. Routine inspection
