1. Before driving, carefully check whether the mechanical equipment, electrical parts and protective safety devices are intact and reliable. If the main accessories such as controller, brake, limiter, electric bell, emergency switch and so on fail, lifting is strictly prohibited.
2. You must obey the commander of the signal, but you should stop immediately for any emergency stop signal issued by anyone.
3. The driver must operate after confirming the command signal, and should ring the bell before driving.
4. When approaching the hoisting limiter, when the large and small cars approach the terminal or meet the adjacent driving, the speed should be slow. It is forbidden to use reverse to replace the brake, the limiter to replace the parking switch, and the emergency switch to replace the ordinary switch.
5. Should walk and get up and down on the specified safety walkway, special platform or escalator. It is not allowed to walk on both sides of the cart track except for maintenance. It is strictly forbidden to walk on the trolley track. It is not allowed to cross from one crane to another.
6. When the work is stopped, the lifting object shall not be suspended in the air. During operation, there should be a bell to warn when there is a person on the ground or a hanging piece is dropped. It is strictly forbidden for hanging objects to cross over the head. Lifting objects must not be too high off the ground.
7. When two bridge cranes lift an object at the same time, follow the command and keep the same pace.
8. During operation, a certain distance must be maintained between the bridge crane and the bridge crane.
Nine, maintenance of bridge cranes should lean on a safe place, cut off the power supply, and hang the warning signs of "prohibition and brake". The ground should be fenced and hung with a "No Pass" sign.
10. When lifting heavy tonnage objects, first try to lift off the ground to confirm that the hanging is stable and the brake is good, then raise it and run slowly. It is not allowed to operate three control handles at the same time.
11. When the bridge crane is in operation, no one is allowed to get on or off. It is also not allowed to carry out maintenance and adjustment during operation.
12. When a sudden power failure occurs during operation, the switch handle must be placed in the "0" position. The lifting part is not lowered or the lock is not unhooked, and it is not allowed to leave the cab.
Thirteen. When the hanger slides due to a sudden failure during operation, emergency measures must be taken to land to no one.
14. The open-air bridge crane shall stop working in the event of a storm, lightning strike, or strong wind of level 6 or above, cut off the power supply, and the pads on the front and rear of the wheel shall be locked firmly.
15. There should be sufficient lighting for night operations.
16. In addition to the implementation of the above provisions, the gantry crane should also pay attention to the obstacles on the track; when lifting tall objects obstructing the line of sight, there should be special persons on both sides to monitor and command.
17. The driver must conscientiously implement the "ten no hangs."
1. Do not hang over the rated load;
2. The command signal is unknown, the weight is unknown, and the light is dim;
3. The sling and accessories are not tied tightly and do not meet the safety rules;
4. The bridge crane hangs heavy objects without processing directly,
5. Tilt and hang diagonally without hanging;
6. There are people standing on the work piece or there are living things floating on the work piece without hanging;
7. Oxygen cylinders, acetylene generators and other explosive items are not suspended;
8. Do not hang with angular gaps without padding;
9. Objects buried underground are not suspended;
10. Liquid or fluid is too full to be lifted.
18. After the work is completed, the bridge crane should stop at the specified position, raise the hook, drive the trolley to both ends of the track, and place the control handle in the "0" position to cut off the power supply.
